The idea behind this photoshoot is all about authentic Egyptian cuisine and it’s special and intensive flavors.
When the chef thought about the main Recipes of Egyptian cuisine , she thought about the whole tradition that we all share at our homes beside our childhood memories about family gatherings and our moms special twists that we never forget.
She started with Molokheya with coriander garlic butter, Lamb fatta , Stuffed pigeons, Macarona Bechamel and a lot more of signature dishes.
Our chef decided to make all those dishes with her family special recipes and twists and present it in a gourmet contemporary presentation to raise awareness about Egyptian cuisine.
